Zash Hossain

Managing Member

Mr. Zash Hossain commenced his career on Wall Street with SG Cowen, building a distinguished pedigree across various financial institutions from JP Morgan to specialized firms like Maxim Group. His tenure at Gilford Securities, where he served as a Director in both Dubai and New York City offices, was pivotal in developing the Asset Management Platform for Ultra High Net Worth groups and families in the Middle East.

​Throughout his extensive career in Trading and Investment Banking, Zash focused significantly on Oil & Gas companies. His investment banking years were dedicated to Oil & Gas Producers, Refiners, supporting entities, and India’s Infrastructure sector. Zash also held a Managing Partner role at an international shipping and logistics company within the Oil & Gas industry.

​As Chief Executive Officer of World Petro Company, Zash spearheaded substantial growth, increasing financing from $2.5 billion to $7 billion. Under his leadership, the company forged key business relationships with major suppliers and secured a significant international contract with a state-owned oil refinery. Zash structured the organization to engage with leading airlines, logistics firms, and high-volume trade desks worldwide. He also initiated strategic partnerships with top financial institutions to optimize transaction profitability.

Rion Choate

Rion started his career in the Middle East with EF Hutton as an Investment Banker focusing on the MENA Region. Transitioning from Wall Street, he moved to Washington DC where he served on Senator Howard Baker’s staff. With Choate's extensive presence in the Middle East spanning over 25 years at the highest echelons, Rion cultivated relationships with monarchs, emirs, and leading religious figures in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the Emirates.

​Rion gained widespread trust as a advisor to influential Middle Eastern families, crafting and executing strategies for special situations. His expertise in the region led to invitations to speak on Middle Eastern affairs at prestigious venues such as the United Nations General Assembly in New York City and the World Economic Forum in Davos.

​A graduate of Harvard University and Oxford University (University College), Rion holds senior fellowships at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, and the Sloan School of Business, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His father's legacy includes service under Major General William J. (Wild Bill) Donovan in the OSS during WWII and Korea.

 

Titus Menzies

Menzies is a seasoned investment banker and oil trading professional with nearly 30 years of experience across Wall Street and the City of London. His career spans M&A, capital raising, and cross-border trading of crude oil and refined products, with a proven track record of driving growth, managing risk, and building trust with clients and investors.

He has led high-performing teams, executed complex transactions in challenging markets, and delivered measurable returns through strategic insight and operational efficiency. Menzies brings analytical rigor, strong governance, and a forward-looking approach to every decision.

He has a Bachelors of Science in Physics & Computer Science from University College London (U.C.L) and is a CFA charter holder from AIMR.

As a consultant, he advices on trading operations, forging partnerships with tier-1 suppliers and buyers overseeing W16 Energy’s growth strategy and risk mitigation.

 

Robert Ross

Legal Advisor

Robert Ross is a New York-based attorney who brings over 20 years of legal and business experience to his advisory role.  He started his career focused on corporate and intellectual property law, before spending over 10 years as an investment banker and real estate investment professional.  

Robert has worked as General Counsel with companies across multiple industries, managing all legal, regulatory and compliance matters in those positions.  He counsels both start-up and mature businesses, advising on all nature of corporate and commercial matters, including acquisition, joint venture, financing, employment, and real estate transactions.  

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale College, as well as a Juris Doctor and Master of Science from New York University.
